Tailored event planning isn’t an off-the-shelf option. This is because every event will have a diverse group of attendees. Each who will have their own needs and expectations for the event. For example, the way a business seminar is run, is not the same as you would plan a wedding.
This means there will be different goals from events too. At a christening you may be planning lots of posed photos. However, at a business exhibition you would want a roaming photographer. This is just one of the many differences when looking at the different goals from an event.
Dependent on the event, the venue and the reason for the event, there will be different levels of logistical complexity too. For example, there may be more security needs at a community event than a family party. More staff will be needed at a wedding, compared to a business presentation. This is why events need to be approached with a tailor-made focus.
A one-size fits all approach can lead to poor engagement, and a poor event. By using the same approach to all events, you will miss opportunities.
